It is very important that we eat healthy. It is important that we have nutritious and a well-balanced meal. But, you can also eat food that are not healthy once in a while. According to the American heart association, we should eat at least 2 to 4 servings of fruit and 3 to 5 servings of vegetables, 5 to 7 ounces of beans or meat and 2-3 servings of dairy products on a daily basis.

If we want to be healthy and be physically fit then we should exercise. You should exercise at least 3 to 5 times a week, however if you can do it everyday then it would be better. Exercising can make your body strong, maintain your weight, promotes good sleep, increases energy, improves your mood, improves mental alertness and can resist different illnesses. There are plenty of different types of exercise that you can do.

Fourth Step

You should try to avoid drinking alcohol. Drinking alcohol has a bad affect to your important organs. Drinking alcohol can cause different kinds of conditions like inflammation of the liver, hepatitis, increase your blood pressure and many more.

You need to get enough sleep. Sleep actually has countless benefits. If you have enough sleep, then you will be more happy, have a much better health, and your decision making will improve. Sleep can actually detox the brain. Sleep will improve the level of our energy.

Sixth Step

Try to do activities that you really want to do. You can eliminate stress when you do activities that you love. There are so many activities that you can do, like shopping, hiking, biking, baking, read books, watch a movie, cooking, playing video games and so many more. Do an activity that will bring out you stress.

Even if we have a busy schedule, it is very important that we take good care of our health.
